Risk categories (extremely low, low, indeterminate) and follow-up recommendations follow the 2022 Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound consensus conference, which classifies polyps by morphology (pedunculated ball-on-the-wall, thin stalk, thick stalk, sessile, focal wall thickening), size, growth ≥ 4 mm in 12 months, high-risk ethnicity and primary sclerosing cholangitis.
